After I have an orgasm, what can I do to recover faster, i.e. to get ready for #2? For instance, can prostate massage using a finger or a buttplug help? Any other techniques? (No pills!)

P.S. I have read about various exercises involving PC muscles, breathing etc. This would be a long-term solution I guess. Here I am talking about something that can help me now, while I am "training"

I read somewhere that if you apply a warm wet cloth to the genital area it promotes blood flow to speed up recovery. I have not tried it.
