Dr. Campbell at Cal State Long Beach suggested two other 'natural' things: breathing and relaxation. He reasoned that when a man is nearing climax his breathing rate increases and that by simply slowing it down and breathing deeper he can last longer. At the time I was a lot younger and this was at least then years before Viagra and I had a lover who was very slow to get going but once she did you'd better stay hard. I wouldn't say I deserved to be included in the sixty second man group but I was usually finished first and struggling to stay hard for her.

So breathing slowly helped but it was only part of the solution. At that time I don't think anyone knew about Kegel exercises for men, just women. Campbell suggested practicing tightening those muscles like when you want to stop peeing or hold to it. He reasoned that if you did you would have enough ejaculatory control to increase your staying power.When you felt that you were getting close to cumming and you didn't want to you could simply relax that area, breathe slowly and deeply and you'd last longer. It worked for me.

As far as supplemental medications are concerned, I think I've tried them all and the only one that has really worked for me is Viagra. Once they, (The voters), approve it for recreational use in November, and I think they will, I believe you're going to see the birth rate go up a lot because it does make sex better. As far as the little blue pill is concerned, even in it's smallest dosage, it's almost too much for me. My urologist gave me a script for the 100mg dosage and that will give me a four hour hard on.  When that happens you're tempted to call a hooker not a doctor and by then you've worn out the wife. When I consulted him about that he said, "Cut it up," and I do but I think I could use even less than 25 mg. I can't prove it, but I think the wife keeps hiding it because she says I don't need it and when I do use it she usually ends up saying, "Oh honey, please put that thing away." HHH
