Just reviewed the tiny, elegant LELO Lily "pleasure object"(http://www.tabutoys.com/product/LELO_Lily_Dark_Plum_Clitoral_Massager?sid=jopr1161) on my blog with arousal warm-up tip especially for older women:

What are your experiences with Lily?

Hi Joan, I don't have any experience with the Lily (yet) but I do want to tell you that after visiting your website I am impressed and inspired with your candor. Needless to say, "Better than I expected" is now on my Kindle wish list.

The photos are beautiful Joan!

I just don't understand what the term "real woman" means. We all come in different heights, weights and colors. What makes someone not "real"? I think terms like this take us backwards as women and we need to be saying something like, "the average sized woman", "non-models" or a "natural woman" (no implants, no surgery, etc).
I encourage everyone to correct the next person that says "real woman" because it's a terrible insult.

I don't have any problem with the term "real women." "Real women" differentiates us from the emaciated fashion models and the surgically altered men's magazine models. "Real women" refers to those of us who live in our own bodies, in my view.

But they are real women too, regardless of what they do to their body. Where do they live? In a fantasy? What happens when someone loses a cervix to cancer? Not a woman anymore?

This term is also widely applied to curvy vs non-curvy women. Someone with an A cup isn't real because there aren't any curves? Horrifying.

I think that when Photoshop comes into play - then we are dealing with real vs non-real.

And I mean no offense to anyone who agrees with this term, but seriously - some of us are just small in nature and to be discounted as not real is stomach-turning.

Well you must really take care of yourself. I showed your picture to my wife and she couldn't believe your age and now she wants to know how you get your abs.

Thanks, Pecos. I take two Pilates trios (that's personal training but with 3 people) a week using the apparatus, teach contemporary line dancing three to four evenings a week, practice the dances, and walk a lot, aiming for 10,000 steps a day (I wear a pedometer). Pilates does the most for my abs.

I used to teach aerobics ,and I know the key to exercise is finding something you love to do. For me at this time in my life, it's line dancing , walking, and Pilates.
