I'm 47, in great shape, and sexually active. I have recently noticed that, while my ejaculate is very liquid (not thick), it has some little clear hard cells in it - they look like the the juice sacks inside of a lemon, but won't pop if you press on them. Is this normal? What could this be?

Thanks in advance for your replies.

They are called coagulated spermlets. But I would check with a doctor.
